Is this another example in a miles-long list of examples where the abusers, the liars, the actual criminals, and those who abuse their authority are rewarded; and those they persecute; the falsely accused are punished? Advocacy groups are doing their part, but the loudest voices are coming from those who are disgusted with the travesty of justice, and they are making sure their elected leaders are hearing them as well.

That made Stammer acting senior commander for the division and post for a longer time than possibly any previous deputy commander. And he didn't spend the time marking time in an office. Instead, he was out among the troops and standing front and center on hugely important occasions, such as the community "listening session" in January that could have a big impact on the post's future.
